The house
Do not leave the house without closing the doors and the blinds. Furthermore, you should close the doors of the balcony at night. Keep the cover of the garden furniture inside the house at night and do not forget to roll in the awnings. The inventory of the house must remain inside the house. Think about your neighbours, we live very close to each other and the houses are not very isolated against noises.
Please keep silent between 24.00-08.00h.
The house, basic information
Inside the house, there is a smoke extractor for the steam in the bathroom. The switch is in the kitchen near to the fan or in some houses inside the closet on the top floor. The fuse box is located near the entrance door. The garbage container and the containers for glass, paper/carton and plastic bottles are outside the main gate of Gran Vista. To avoid parasites in the house, please throw the garbage daily and do not leave any food open.
The tap water can be used for cooking as well as oral hygiene. Drinking water can be purchased. Agua sin gas / without bubbles. Agua con gas / with bubbles.
Wifi
All rental houses have free Wi-Fi connection. By failure, DO NOT RESET. Turn off and after 3 min turn on again.
If it doesn't work, contact Top Alacant.
IF you have made a RESET you will have to pay 27 Euros for the technician to come.
Gran Vista CHIP
Together with the house key you have here received a blue chip. This chip is for opening the main gate, pedestrian gate, pool doors, the doors at the tennis courts and the lights for the tennis court.
Important: In case of loss you will be charged 10 Euros for the chip
Awning
It is the responsibility of the rental client to wind in the awnings / blinds in case of wind or rain. In the event of damage, a charge will be incurred.
Surveillance Service in Gran Vista
In July and August, there will be a 24h surveillance service in Gran Vista. For the rest of the year the timetable is from 10.00 to 18.00h and their instructions must be followed at all times.
