Bed linen, maintenance staff assistance and Internal Regulations of the Gran Vista urbanization

During the stay, all rules and restrictions that the tenant has received before or on arrival must be followed. This applies to the use of pools, tennis courts, common areas and the house. 

Upon arrival there will be bed linen and towels in the house (if booked) for the number of persons stated in your reservation. Change of bed linen and towels is done, if the stay is longer than 10 days. At check-in you will be informed of the date of change.  Bags for the delivery of used bed linen will be ready in the house. The tenant must then put the CLOSED bag with all used linen and towels outside the front door ready for collection. We will then come after 10.00 am and deliver the clean linen.

If assistance from maintenance personnel is necessary during the stay, a time must be agreed upon when we come to the house.

General

  • From 12:00 m. to 8:00 a.m. it must be quiet in the community.
  • Noise is easily heard between the houses, please respect your neighbours and avoid noisy activities on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Every person inside Gran Vista has the obligation to identify themselves on request of the guards, controllers and lifeguards. The refusal to do will lead to that the person in question will be asked to leave the urbanisation and if necessary being escorted to the gate.
  • It is the responsibility of the owner that the people who stay in the house follow the internal rules. The owners who rent their homes and real estate agents are obliged to provide a copy of the Gran Vista rules to all tenants.
  • It is not allowed to carry out commercial activities within the urbanization without permission from the “Zona Central”, or advertising via posters. Those owners who ignore will be sanctioned by the community.
  • The community will hold the owners responsible for any damage caused by children or tenants (direct or indirect responsible). Owners will be presented with a bill for repair of the damage and if necessary, take them to court.
  • The preparation of barbecues in private gardens must be finished by 9:00 p.m. in order not to disturb other neighbors, it is not allowed to use portable barbeques in common areas.

 ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY:

  • On request all people (pedestrians and in cars) will have to identify
  • Pedestrians must access the community exclusively through the pedestrian
  • Vehicles must access the community through the sliding gate, keeping a safe distance to other vehicles and with the structures of the gate. Vehicles must always respect the passage of pedestrians, who will always have the right of
  • Vehicles cannot stop in the middle of the exit to unload the garbage, hindering the exit of other vehicles.
  • Access to the community by jumping the perimeter walls or breaking fences is prohibited. The community will hold owners responsible for any damage caused by relatives, friends or tenants.

TRAFFIC AND PARKING:

  • It has to be quiet and as little traffic as possible in Gran Vista. Please use means of transport that are not noisy
  • There is a speed limit of 20 km per hour within the urbanization of Gran
  • Motorcycles (including mopeds) can only be used on the streets and to transport objects to houses within the urbanization. It is forbidden to use motorcycles for fun. Any traffic on the pedestrian streets is forbidden. The passage of vehicles on pedestrian paths will only be allowed for Gran Vista workers (Gardening, Pool Maintenance, Surveillance, etc.).
  • It is only allowed to park in the car park of the house, in the garage of the house or in one of the common car parks. Only vehicles that fit in the parking spaces in the common car parks will be able to use these parking spaces.
  • The public car parks are situated below the entrance of Gran Vista and on the two side streets going down from Hayden to Chopin, and Mozart to Strauss. Please note that it is only allowed to park on the far side from the houses.  
  • It is not allowed to park in any other area of the Urbanization. This means that parking is prohibited in the U-turn zones at the end of the streets and on the sidewalks in front of the houses. On the sidewalks, parking is only allowed for a few minutes to load and unload objects or people, after which it must be parked in the spaces provided for it. Blocking sidewalks fully or partially is not allowed, if an owner has used the original carpark as a garden, then the owner must park in one of the public areas that are allowed and if no space outside of Gran Vista. Other option is to restore the parking place that was original in front of the house.
  • It is not allowed to park in public areas for a period longer than 21 days in a row. Caravans cannot park inside Gran Vista unless expressly authorized by the community, and in which case they may park for a maximum period of one week in common parking areas.
  • It is not allowed to occupy more than one parking space per
  • Vehicles infringing the rules repeatedly and having been notified more than twice, will be removed by tow truck and the cost charged to the owner of the veihcle

The swimming pools

RULES FOR THE USE OF SWIMMING POOLS IN URB. GRAN VISTA

  • The pools can be used from June 15 to September 15 (from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the upper pool, and from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the lower pool, when lifeguards are on duty). Outside of those dates when no lifeguards are available, use of the pools with be the responsibility of the individual Any accident will not be the responsibility of Gran Vista.
  • After 10:00 p.m. the pools are closed and people must leave the pool area. As of 11:00 p.m., access to the pool area will only be allowed as a transit area to move from one side of Gran Vista to the other. It is not allowed for groups to play or meet up in the pool area after 11.00 p.m.
  • Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by
  • It is mandatory to shower before using the pools. It is not allowed to use shampoo and/or bath gel.

This is to ensure that hygiene in the pool is guaranteed and to avoid problems with the filters and oil films accumulated on the pool walls.

  • All people, regardless of their age, must wear swimwear and small children, specific pool diapers. Only specific garments suitable for swimming are allowed. Garments that have already been used for sports (running, tennis) is not People with long hair needs to put it up in a ponytail or bun. It is not allowed to wear footwear inside the pools, unless for some medical reason a lifeguard is previously consulted and express permission is given to do so. If there is a problem with other owners for this matter, supporting medical documentation will be requested.
  • Bath toys and the like must be cleaned before
  • It is forbidden to play ball in and around the pools. The use of inflatable mats in the pool is also prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to fake drowning or fainting in the pool or to push or throw people into the water. Do not disturb or throw water at the rest of the pool guests, either with the hands, feet, or toys such as water guns. At all times follow the instructions of te lifeguards.
  • Music devices, radios, or other audio devices can only be used with headphones. It is forbidden to shout or yell in the pool area.
  • It is forbidden to bring glass objects to the pool area. It is allowed to bring food and drinks to the pool area as long as everything is packed in plastic containers. It is not allowed to eat or drink inside or on the edge of the pool. Please make sure to use the bins for waste disposal.
  • The pools can only be used by people (owners, family, friends and tenants) who lives in Gran Vista. If required by any Gran Vista employee, the user of the pool needs to identify themselves – see general rules.
  • It is not allowed to leave objects (hammocks, umbrellas, towels, toys, etc.) in the pool area, when the owners, their relatives, their guests or tenants are not present. If personal belongings are left for more than 45 minutes, the personal belongings will be removed by the lifeguards. The personal belongings can be obtained from the lifeguards on return. If at the end of the day, there are still objects at the pool these will be kept by the lifeguards.
  • Objects or parasols cannot be nailed to the grass as it may affect the underground watering installation
  • You cannot smoke inside the pool area, this also include wapers. Likewise, it is not allowed to consume narcotics in the pool area, even if it is with a medical prescription. There are no ashtrays available in the poolarea.
  • Please keep the surrondings and the pool area need and tidy - use the litterbins for all your litter, except dipers of any kind. If the litterbins are full then please take your litter back to your own house.
  • It is not allowed to urinate, defecate and/or vomit in the swimming pool area (pool, surrounding area and meadow), even for children and babies. There are toilets, the keys to which can be requested from the lifeguards.
  • It is not allowed to bring any type of pet (dogs, cats, ferrets, tortoises, hedgehogs, etc) into the swimming pool area. Only accredited guide and assistant dogs are an excemption to the rule.

The tennis courts Booking:

  • The 2 tennis courts can only be used to play tennis, other uses of paddle sports may exceptionally be allowed. Any other use will have to be accepted by the community upon express request. It is not allowed to play with pets
  • Only sports shoes are allowed. Neither flip flops nor playing barefoot are allowed, to avoid possible problems that require health care.
  • It is forbidden to manipulate the fence to open holes and gain access to the
  • It is forbidden to arbitrarily manipulate the mains
  • It is forbidden to manipulate the electrical panels of the tennis
  • There is a list of reservations for each week – for the two tracks in the closet on track nº 1. During the summer you can make reservations at the guards' booth, at the entrance of Gran Vista.
  • Reservations must be made exclusively with the name of the street and house number.
  • Each house has the possibility of reserving only one hour of court per day. If an owner has reserved more than once, it is considered void and can be used by another home.
  • At least one of the players has to live in Gran
  • The court that has been reserved and has not been used 10 minutes after the reservation time, will be available for another player.

PETANQUE-BOULE COURTS.

  • The 2 petanque-boule courts can only be used to play petanque-
  • It is not allowed to remove the earth for fun or use it for children's
  • After use, please ensure that the surface is left in a way that it can be used by others. Use a rake if necessary.
  • If both courts are occupied, please do not continue your game for more than an hour. Please enable the next player who wait in line to play

 USE OF COMMON AREAS.

  • It is not allowed to make private use of common areas and spaces. Any movable or immovable object that occupies a community area for more than 24 hours continuously is considered private use.
  • It is not allowed to build on common areas or appropriate community land to join it to the houses.
  • It is not allowed to place tables or chairs in areas less than 50 m away. from the edge of the cliff, nor in common spaces other than the surroundings of the pools, or the mini golf area.
  • To carry out group activities that requires placement of portable or fixed elements on the grass, you will need to get a permission from Zona Central. The contact person needs to be a house owner and he or she will be responsible for any damage done by the group.
  • It is not allowed to play high music in common areas, noise should be kept to a minimum.
  • It is not allowed to hang clothes outside the gardens and private terraces, or occupying paths or pedestrian Nor is it allowed to hang clothes on a rope attached from a balcony to a lamppost or tree.
  • Any portable element that needs to be hung from a tree or other community structure, can only be carried out during the time required for its use, without exceeding 12 hours and will require express written permission from the community, who will assess its danger and impact, and always being the requesting owner responsible for everything that may happen due to the use of this element.
  • It is not allowed to use drugs or drink high-grade in the common areas of Gran Vista.
  • It is only possible to play football or other sports activities that may be disturbing in the area between the upper tennis court (Court 1) and the path under the lower pool. If the sporting activity is more than 4 people, it must be done barefoot to avoid impact on the grass and its consequent deterioration.
  • Camping in Gran Vista (meaning sleeping other than in houses) is

  • It is not allowed to leave objects abandoned and in poor condition in open gardens, paths or common areas. The gardeners cannot be asked to collect belongings or garbage, they are not hired to do so.
